The food which keep us healthy and smart....

1. Chocolate:

Just one-fourth of an ounce daily can reduce blood pressure in otherwise healthy individuals.
Eating dark chocolate everyday reduces the risk of heart disease by one third.

Chocolate has an anti-bacterial effect on the mouth and protect against tooth decay.

 Cocoa powder is rich in flavonoids, antioxidants shown to reduce "bad" LDL (Low-density lipoprotein)cholesterol and increase "good" HDL (High-density lipoproteinlevels. 
A yummy dark chocolate good for our heart and BP.


 2. Lemons:


 Citrus flavonoids found in lemons may help inhibit the growth of cancer cells and act as an anti-inflammatory.

Lemons are rich in vitamin C and flavonoids that work against infections like the flu and colds.

The lemon is a wonderful stimulant to the liver and is a dis-solvent of uric acid.

Experiments have found the juice of lemons destroy the bacteria of malaria, cholera, diphtheria, typhoid and other deadly diseases.
A fresh lemon a day will keep u fit.

3. Walnuts:

Walnuts are rich source of energy and contain health benefiting nutrients, minerals, antioxidants and vitamins that are essential for optimum health.


They are also packed with many important B-complex groups of vitamins such as riboflavin, niacin, thiamine, pantothenic acid, vitamin B-6, and folates.

Walnuts are also a good source of the minerals copper and manganese, both of which are vital to the health of your skin and hair, both of which are connective tissues that are highly sensitive to nutritional deficiencies.


It's very good for men health specially.....!

4. Spinach:


Spinach contains lutein and zeaxanthin, two immune-boosting antioxidants important for eye health.

Recent research found that among cancer-fighting fruits and veggies, spinach is one of the most effective.

About 100 g of farm fresh spinach has 47% of daily recommended levels of vitamin C. Vitamin C is a powerful antioxidant, which helps the body develop resistance against infectious agents and scavenge harmful oxygen-free radicals.

It is also good source of omega-3 fatty acids.
